Potluck

This Sunday we had a potluck to wrap up our Q-group (home biblestudy) that has been meeting for the year. We have been blessed by this group. It is a bit diverse in ages and different from our other groups. However, I know each group has a reason to be together and we have benefited from our study and prayer times together.

The "boys" ate downstairs. I had set up for 4 people to go down there. I assumed it would the first 4 in line and thus might be couples. But the group arranged that the guys would go downstairs. I had sent Amelia down there first to eat at the kids table (she is the only one). After eating eat she came up to find the ladies and commented, "The boys are downstairs." I think realizing she did not fit in down there and needed to find her group. Everyone got a good chuckle. She then joined the "ladies" and had her dessert. The kids have also enjoyed this group as they get doted on quite a bit!
