I know it's been awhile since I have posted anything. We have had some busy weeks, ending of school, planning our summer, and enjoying some great days outside with friends. We recently traveled to Rockford Illinois to attend the wedding of my cousin. It was a great time to see family and enjoy my Aunt/Uncle's pool. The kids have really taken off in their swimming, and can now almost swim on their own.
The wedding was a beautiful event at an old warehouse. All of our family was there and it was so fun to attend this occasion.
The dress in the background was my Grandma's wedding dress.
After a couple days in Rockford, we headed into Chicago. We went to the Museum of Science and Industry and Navy Pier.
The kids got to see Lake Michigan. Later this summer we will visit Duluth... two great Lakes this summer!
