It's been a busy couple of weeks. We have had lots of end of school year events, fun outdoor activities, and just enjoying being together as a family. Here are some pics from these days.

Amelia's first year of school is also ending soon. She has had a great 1st year at Washburn. I have been blessed to help out every Tuesday in her classroom. I help with writer's workshop and then do projects for the teacher. It's fun to get to know the kids too.

Samuel's preschool does another "all school" picnic at a local park. They have food, crafts (building kits from Home depot), and fun times with old friends. Samuel enjoyed making a tool box. Daddy made a bug box for Amelia.
Memorial Weekend- We spent a quiet weekend at home..... well kinda quiet. We did do a lot of fun activities and little projects. Got the garden planted, bought flowers and mulch for the yard, painted the back bathroom, saw a movie, went to the zoo, went swimming at a new Y. It was a fun weekend.
The Bears at the zoo were very close and we got to see them feeding and training them. Very cool!
Samuel was very excited to see the new African area and the giraffes. We got some good close up views of them.
The farm is always a fun place to go.
What a fun and busy few weeks it's been and summer isn't even here yet!!
